BUBBLING AND SQUEALING

It's been a busy month, started working again, luckily from home so I can still breastfeed easily my little big boy (he's now 7.5kg by 66cm, like a 6 month old and he's not yet 5 LOL). Work is not bad as usual but hearing him crying nearby and not being able to do anything about it is really frustrating. This month he started grabbing more, squealing and chatting through bubbling as in making cute bubbles with his lips. Lips that have also been very busy sucking the bottom lip as the gums are bothering him and he's also been sticking his tongue out a lot too. The most weird thing is that he pulls his dummy sometimes and then complains because he did it... mah? Sometimes he puts it back and sometimes he doesn't manage and I help but then he pulls it out again and looks at it like if he was in a trance and then starts crying... He also loves the mobile now more than ever and wants music on almost all the time (he loves music! In this he definately took from me, I love it too =) )
Ah yes and he also attemped the first steps when we hold him standing up. My big baby =*)
Still not doing anything like rolling or sitting by himself but he is folding more by himself in the attempt... he'll get there eventually... for the moment the most he does is moving slightly on his side when he is sleeping.
Oh the mornings... after at least 7-8 hours of sleep he wakes up almost everytime making a clear call for me: Ah! or Mah! and as soon as I hear the imperative monosillable I know he wants breakfasts, his majesty called!
I had a couple of days or more where he would not like staying too much on one boob as according to his feelings it was empty or nearly empty, so my trick in the end was to tell him to "use the titty as a dummy" as he knows the boob by the name of titty (easyer to say and to remember) and after a couple of minutes of complaints and looks that surely meant to say "sure mum? Did I understand right?", he latched back on while lying down in bed near me and did exactly that. After all the dummy is a surrogate of the boob not vice versa. This not only stimulated my breast to produce more milk but also gave him time to understand that even if it feels empty he has to still suck or he will get nothing more.

One last thing: it pisses me off, LIDL here stopped getting CIEN nappies, they are the best ever made with a yellow stripe changing colour with pee or poo and keep it all in with no spilling. They changed them with TOUJOURS, not that good, surely less good than any other trademark apart from the worse that in my opinion is Pampers as I only had spillings of pee and poo with those. The problem is that TOUJOURS are still the cheapest, sob sob.
